How do you price your services?

All one-time projects (including initial deep cleanings for those setting up recurring services) are billed hourly at $40.25 per technician labor hour. Our experienced technicians know exactly how to leverage efficiency and elbow grease to deliver a space that meets our superior standard inside a reasonable time frame.

The fixed cost for recurring services will be established following your first recurring service, as the level of dirt accrual between services varies widely between projects. Your total will fall within the cost range quoted to you through email after your estimate appointment.

Will I have the same cleaners at every visit?

Yes! We do everything possible to ensure the team assigned to your account remains consistent. Of course, directions change, and sometimes a team member may need to be replaced, but keeping a dedicated team on each account is a priority to us.
