10 stars wasn't an option so I had to select 5. One word... INCREDIBLE!!! Start to finish, the best experience...16 years of dog, cats, nooks and crannies missed in normal cleaning, dust, hair where hair shouldn't be, stains, smells.....ALL GONE! It looks like a brand new home..
